We currently provide delivery services within Australia only.Orders with delivery addresses outside Australia are not supported at this time.

Orders below AUD 100 are subject to a flat AUD 5.99 shipping fee.

3. Order Acceptance & Cut-Off Time
Orders are processed based on Australia/Sydney time (AEST/AEDT), with business hours from 9:00 to 6:00.

Orders paid before 6:00 are processed starting the same business day;

Orders paid after 6:00 are processed starting the next business day;

Orders placed on non-business days are processed from the next business day.
4. Order Processing Time
Once payment is confirmed, we require 1–3 business days to prepare, pack, and dispatch your order.Processing time does not include transit time.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
After dispatch, the estimated delivery timeframe is 7–10 business days.Actual delivery times may vary due to location, weather conditions, or carrier operations.
