We deliver across Australia. Once payment is confirmed, orders typically enter processing and are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days.
After dispatch, estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on the delivery address and carrier conditions. We use commonly used Australian carriers, including Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, CouriersPlease, and Aramex, to ensure reliable delivery.

6. Order Cancellation Policy
After payment confirmation, you may request to cancel your order within 48 hours, provided the order has not entered the carrier handling stage. We will assist after verifying the order status.
Once an order has entered preparation or has been dispatched, it can no longer be directly canceled and will proceed to delivery.
If the order has already been shipped, you may submit a return request after receiving the item, in accordance with our order cancellation policy and related instructions.

You may apply for a return or exchange within 35 days from the date you receive the product.
Requests will be accepted if the product has visible defects, does not match the product description, shows significant color differences or odor, or does not correspond to the order details.
